Are these physical products or digital downloads?
Right now, every product in the shop is a digital download. No physical item is shipped — you receive files you can download, print, or use digitally.
How do I receive my files after purchase?
For phase one, purchases are handled through our Etsy shop. After you check out on Etsy, your files are available to download from your Etsy account and order confirmation.
What software or apps do I need?
It depends on the product. Printable PDFs open with any free PDF reader. Spreadsheet templates work with free Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Each product page lists the exact file types.
Can I print the files at home?
Yes. Printable products are formatted for standard US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) paper and print cleanly at home or at a print shop.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, they are generally non-refundable. If something is wrong with your file, reach out and we’ll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I use these for my business or clients?
Products are licensed for personal, single-user use — for example, an agent using the deal tracker for their own business. Files may not be resold or redistributed. Check each product’s usage terms for specifics.
Where can I buy right now?
All products are currently available through our Etsy shop, our phase-one sales channel. Direct checkout on LogosCraftedCo.com is planned for the future.
