How refunds work for our instant-delivery digital products.

Digital products
Every product currently sold by Logos Crafted Co. is a digital download. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
When we’ll make it right
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please reach out if:
- Your file is damaged, corrupted, or won’t open.
- You received the wrong file.
- There is a genuine error in the product.
In these cases we’ll gladly send a corrected file or work with you toward a fair resolution. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order details.
Purchases made through Etsy
For phase one, purchases are completed through our Etsy shop. Orders placed on Etsy are also covered by Etsy’s policies and buyer protection. The fastest way to resolve an order issue is to message us through Etsy so we can see your order.
Things to check before buying
- Review the product description, file type, and “What’s Included” section.
- Confirm you have the software needed (for example, a PDF reader or spreadsheet app).
- Digital products are for personal, single-user use and may not be resold or shared.
